Roxana earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University with magna cum laude honors and graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School with her J.D. in 2021. During law school, Roxana externed with the Vancouver City Prosecutor’s Office and later, at Clark County Superior Court, where she was mentored by presiding judicial officers. Before joining the Vern McCray Law Firm, she clerked for a high-volume Seattle family law firm. Six months into starting practice, Roxana co-chaired and obtained a Not Guilty verdict on a Class A felony Rape trial, saving a young man from a 7-8 year prison sentence. Later, she became one of the few known attorneys in Clark County to have the unstipulated polygraph exam results admitted into evidence at trial. Today, Roxana practices family law and criminal defense, serving all of Clark County: Camas/Washougal, Vancouver, Brush Prairie, Battle Ground, & Skamania County. She commits herself to understanding each client’s life circumstances to be their best advocate at every step of their case. In her time away from the office, Roxana teaches Irish dance at a competitive academy in Portland. Her favorite non-profits to volunteer with are local animal rescues and Bridge the Gap.
